Christopher M. Williams is a business attorney with Couzens, Lansky, Fealk, Ellis, Roeder & Lazar, P.C.  He regularly assists clients with business sales and acquisitions, business formation, contract review and drafting, general business counseling, buy-sell agreements, and succession planning.  He represents clients throughout the state of Michigan in a wide variety of industries.  He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Business Law, Real Property Law, and Taxation Sections.
