Scott has over 20 years of regulatory experience, and was a former State Lead Pesticide Inspector with the Michigan Dept. of Agriculture and Rural Development. He is a U.S. EPA Credentialed Inspector, a Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator, and possesses specialized knowledge of Michigan Regulations 636, 637, and Act 451.

As Founder of SKLCert Consulting, LLC, he is now dedicated to helping pesticide businesses achieve full compliance.
