Paul's has over 29 years of professional horticulture experience. At the beginning of his career he worked in different areas of growing for 13 years where he focused on simplifying cultural practices, increasing crop quality and decreasing production losses.

Next, he was self employed for 15 years as a horticultural consultant and contract researcher, and Paul recently returned to his passion of growing and is currently working as the Director of Growing at Opel Growers in Hudsonville, Michigan.
