Bryan Webster, PhD
Bryan J. Webster, PhD, is the Plant Health Program Specialist for the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development. He holds degrees in Horticulture and Plant Pathology from Michigan State University (B.S., M.S.) and the University of Wisconsin (PhD) with a minor in Environmental Policy.
Prior to 2015, Bryan assisted with vegetable, potato, and ornamental disease research before serving with the State of Michigan’s plant industry for the past 10 years. He currently oversees MDARD’s apiary, seed potato, seed, nursery, and industrial hemp programs.
