Donn Vidosh Jr is a 3rd Generation Green Industry operator. He started Vidosh North LLC (Petoskey, MI) at the encouragement of his father who he worked for at Vidosh Landscape. Vidosh North was started as a side business moonlighting on side jobs doing holiday lighting and other “landscape enhancement” projects that Vidosh Landscape didn't want to pursue. When his father’s business shut down, in 2010 Donn bought three pieces of equipment at auction with all of the money he had to start his own landscape operation and has since built the business with multiple revenue sources to $8M in annual revenue. 

Donn has a rich history in team sports and athletics, winning three lacrosse state championships at Brother Rice High School and two lacrosse National Championships at Syracuse University. Those experiences influenced him and his leadership mentality greatly.

Donn is a passionate outdoorsman and father to two boys (10 and 11 years old) and they are his greatest source of pride. 
He sits on the NMNLA Board to raise the bar in his local market and pay it forward, like many had done for him.

Dustin Flaska is the President/Owner and Senior Project Manager of Flaska Landscaping LLC in Traverse City, MI.  With over 20 years of experience in the design-build landscape industry, Mr. Flaska brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to every project and presentation. He has led multitudes of residential, commercial, and municipal landscape projects from concept through completion. His company has earned several industry awards from the Michigan Nursery & Landscape Association as well as the Builder’s Exchange.

Dustin’s in-depth understanding of landscape materials, construction methods, installation management and technical expertise have earned him a reputation for delivering projects that are both high quality and efficiently executed. This has established him as a trusted authority in his field.

He holds multiple professional certifications, including CMHA Certified Paver & Permeable Paver Installer (Residential & Commercial), NCMA Certified Segmental Retaining Wall Installer, and a Precast Modular Block Certified Installer. In addition, he is recognized as a Manufacturer Certified Contractor with High Format, Techo-Bloc, Allan Block, Versa-Lok, and Oaks Pavers & Walls.

Passionate about elevating craftsmanship and advancing industry standards, Dustin enjoys sharing his real-world insights with peers, professionals, and aspiring landscape builders. 

Dennise J. Vidosh is the Founder and CEO of RE-TREE and Green Acres Tree Farm, Inc., and is an ISA-certified arborist. Mature tree preservation sits at the epicenter of her life’s work, inspiring her daily to create meaningful solutions to global environmental challenges through technology, innovation, and hands-on experience in the Green Industry.

Raised working side-by-side with her father, Dennise grew up supplying Michigan and the Greater Midwest with mature specimen trees. Over the past 16 years operating Green Acres Tree Farm, Inc., she began to recognize a critical breakdown in the tree supply chain. Beautiful, mature trees—representing hundreds of years of growth and immense ecological value—were routinely destroyed to make way for development or removed simply because they had outgrown their space.

This waste had become an accepted cost of doing business. Dennise knew there had to be a better way.

In response, she founded RE-TREE in 2018—a digital marketplace and educational platform designed specifically to preserve unique, mature trees that would otherwise be destroyed. Through RE-TREE, commercial and residential property owners can responsibly buy, sell, relocate, or donate trees, transforming removal from an expense into an opportunity for stewardship and value creation.
