Team Member Benefits
• Pay: up to $20/HR, depending on experience and availability
• Paid Training: $13/HR for training (typically 2-4 hours of training)
• Referral Incentive - Refer your friends to work with you and earn $1 more for every hour your referral works! *Referred team member must work a minimum of 25 hours.

• Flexible Schedule - we will work with your availability!

• Drive our box trucks to your routes (you have to be able to make it to our shop)
Position Requirements
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• No experience? No worries! Training will be provided and required.
• Available for overnight, on-call work from November through April, or majority of season
• Flexible availability desired including nights, days, holiday and weekend work
