Hardscaping Doesn’t Have to be Hard: How to Effectively Teach Your Team

Jan 24 2018 - 9:00am

Many companies are acutely feeling the challenges of the labor shortage.  One or two qualified and trained crews have been replaced by one or two qualified and trained employees.  We are being forced to fill our “ranks” with less than qualified candidates.  It is becoming more and more necessary that our trained employees be able to train our new recruits.

By discussing proper hardscape installation and highlighting the key concepts that must be communicated, this course is designed to “train the trainer.”  In addition, ideas and methods for training employees will be shared to strengthen your hardscape labor force.

Session Track:
Employees Only
