Seeking an experienced, knowledgeable foreman responsible for leading crew in the construction and installation of new residential and commercial landscapes, hardscapes, paver patios, ponds/water features, retaining walls, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with both residential and commercial landscape installation projects
- Ability to efficiently operate skid loaders and trucks with trailers
- Ability to read site plans
- Good leadership skills and initiative
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and management
- Must have a Commercial Driver’s License
- Must have completed high school or equivalent
Day to Day Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing work schedules
- Supervising crews in an efficient manner
- Maintaining positive client relations while on site
- Snow removal in the winter is a plus
- Installing stone, pavers, trees, shrubs, and perennials
