Selling Is More Than Telling - GGOL-EF

Date/Time:
Jan 9 2012 - 11:00am

Selling is essentially a conversation between two people, so the old rule of having two ears and one mouth and using them in that proportion has always been a good one to live by. Effective listening is rarer than you might expect in retail. Selling often becomes a quick “send” of information meaning that the customer has to figure if their needs have been met. In today’s retail we have to Think Like Customers and help them connect-the-dots – and that means listening. Ian will show how a well planned, two-way conversation, can help both customers and employees to succeed - the first time.
