This talk will focus on capturing the essence of a garden through photography. Lisa will look at some of the elements of design: composition, color and light in terms of what makes a successful image. She will give examples showing images from her weekly photo sessions capturing Chanticleer, a Pleasure Garden in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Depth of field, shutter speed, vantage point, and creating a sense of place will also be discussed.
