In spring 2011 lawn care providers, landscapers, and golf courses applied Imprelis, a new turf herbicide marketed by DuPont, to properties across the Midwest. By mid-summer the US EPA had ordered DuPont to recall the product and tens of thousands of trees were dead or severely damaged. In this presentation, Dr. Bert Cregg examines the Imprelis debacle from the start and provides an update on the latest information.
